jokesigns.com - Sales Policy

jokesigns.com will make every attempt to ship orders out within three (3) business days.  Occasionally it takes a little longer if we become backlogged.

1. SALES CONDITIONS: Because we individualize each order, all sales are considered FINAL. Once an order has been transmitted, cancellation is not permitted.

2. DAMAGE CLAIMS: Product and order errors must be reported within five (5) days of receiving the item(s).  If the problem was caused by the carrier, you must report the claim to the carrier at the time of delivery.  jokesigns will take full responsibility for any errors of design and production. We will replace the item or items for a corrected one at our expense.  These claims should be directed  to jokesigns.com at:
